はじめまして、amikoです。
デザインについて考えることが好きです。
肩書きは「デザインライター」。
「デザイン」と「ライティング」で、幸せな暮らしを実現することを目指しています。
長野県飯田市に生まれ、東京女子大学入学を機に上京しました。
大学時代の卒業研究は「リード・マイルスがデザインした『ブルーノート・レーベル』のビュジュアル表現」について。
文学部でしたが、興味の対象はデザインとジャズでした。（もちろん文学も好きなのですが）
その後、桑沢デザイン研究所でビジュアルデザインについて学び、社会人経験を経て、デザインの力を、暮らし方、働き方、生き方に活かしたいと考えるようになりました。
現在もデザインについて勉強中で、このブログサイト「デザインどころ」は、まだまだ未熟な私が学んだことの記録でもあります。
たくさんの人にブログを読んでいただきたいと思う一方、“誰かひとりの人の心に響くこと”を大切にしています。
「デザインのあるところ」を探し、語り、つくる旅にお付き合いいただけましたら幸いです。
Hi, I’m amiko. I like thinking about design.
My goal is to create a happy life through “design” and “writing”.
I was born in Iida City, Nagano Prefecture, and moved to Tokyo when I entered Tokyo Woman’s Christian University.
When I was a university student, my graduation research was on the visual representation of the Blue Note Records designed by Reid Miles.
After that, I studied visual design at Kuwasawa Design School, and after working in the industry, I came to think that I’d like to apply the power of design to the way we live and work.
I’m still learning about design, and this blog site, “Design Dokoro” is a record of what I’ve learned.
“Design Dokoro” means the place where design is.
While I hope that many people will read my blog, I also value the fact that it will resonate with one person at a time.
I hope you will join me on this journey to find, talk about, and create “Design Dokoro“.
